The Women’s Ministry of GABC exists to provide a place for women of all ages and walks of life where we can grow individually, fellowship together and develop lifelong friendships. It’s a place to discover gifts which can be used in ministry to meet the needs of those around us so that we can touch our community with the message of the gospel.

WOMEN OF HEART BIBLE STUDY
We have a unique Bible Study class offered on Sunday mornings just for women! If you are married, single, divorced, widowed, and any age, you can feel welcome and fed on Sunday mornings in this special class. It is taught by “seasoned” women from the Grand family who truly care about other women. This class meets at 9:15 Sunday mornings in Room 114.
MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers)
Are you a preschool mom who longs for fellowship with other women in your stage of life? We have a place for you to belong! Come enjoy a relaxed, rejuvenating environment where you can find friendships and refueling for life.
2nd and 4th Tuesdays (Sept. – May) from 9:30-11:30am

ENCOURAGING BASKET MINISTRY
GABC’s Basket Ministry has touched thousands of River Valley residents with a gift designed to meet the needs of someone going through a life moment needing encouragement. From a death in the family to the birth of a baby, the women involved in this ministry are there! Consider being a part of this special outreach – from assembling baskets to hand-making items, to delivering baskets to praying for this ministry – there are so many opportunities to be involved! Meetings every third Thursday (Sept. – May) at 5:30pm in Room 210
Workdays every Wednesday at 9am in Room 210
Childcare provided for meetings only

WOMEN ON MISSION
We have groups at GABC that meet monthly just to intercede for our missionaries around the world. If this is your heart, we invite you to join us. (No childcare provided) “Current Missions Group” meets the first Tuesday of each month at 1:00pm in Room SMC119
“Rope Holders Prayer Group” meets the first Thursday of each month at 9:30am at 1406 N. 40th St.
“Passion for Missions Group” meets the second Thursday of each month at 10:00am in Room SMC118
